Screening + Reservations

I screen all potential clients prior to the first meeting or upon request. Please know all information shared in the screening process is kept confidential with the utmost care to respect privacy.

You may begin and complete the screening process in one of two ways:

1. Email: thevivianrose@proton.me

- You will be provided with the Pre-Screening Form + Scheduling + Verification Form.

2. Complete the Pre-Screening Form and Scheduling + Verification Form

Pre-screening
All initial inquiries must complete the Pre-Screening Form and the Scheduling + Verification Form on the reservation page of my website or by emailing me directly.

Screening
Please keep in mind and allow for at least 24-48 hours for completion of the screening process.

Post-Screening
You will be notified once the screening process is completed. Once completed, we will verify and confirm the date and time. Deposit required once screening is completed the reservation has been confirmed.
